According to me it's impossible for an ordinary person who is not in the field of electricity.
Yawar when we talk about broadcast on computer it means we need to upload something on the internet and if you want to broadcast yourself means you need to upload your movies. Come in lab and I will give you demonstration as well as to how to upload movie. If you want to go about yourself create an account on youtube and check options of upload there. okay?
Okay Murtaza says its impossible to check voltage at home. I would like to see a model of bulb lighting through a battery. Can anyone do that?

Urooba all you need to do is to change the video into .flv and then use an encoder to convert it into wma or avi. Rohan and his group can help you do it or you can come to me anytime.

teacher i know how to download videos from youtube,there is a software:youtube downloader you can get it from the net ,when you download it,under it ithere is an option to convert that video to wmv or any format.but i wanted to know that how can remove the audio or sounds from a video and put a song or anything audio in place of it.i dis agree with fatima about keep video youtube downloader is much easy and its two in one,downloader and converter
